My engagement could look like:

Product and ecosystem strategy development

1. Project/program participation including in-depth discussions or workshops to understand business objectives, define product strategy outcomes, review current product portfolio, discuss ecosystem goals, competitor landscape, M&A objectives, decision making flows and organisational challenges.

Product execution support

2. Recurring review meetings with product leadership to discuss strategy, support resolving strategy execution issues. Generally as preparation or part of Business Reviews.

Product coaching

3. Strategic and tactical discussions with a single product leader. Coaching and sounding board to support progress.

Product artefact reviews

4. Review of product strategy, product roadmaps, product briefs, prototypes, documentation, support processes, marketing and communication, etc. I will work with product leaders and other functions to align and improve quality standards to ensure intended business and customer experience outcomes are met.

Project management

5. Lead special projects to create new products or develop partnerships, providing resources are available to support. Could include market discovery leading to buy/build/partner discussions.
